Tension and relaxation

Many times we feel worried or angry not because of specific current situation in our life, but because of tension that is accumulated in different parts of our body.
As the time goes by, this tension becomes the source of different sicknesses and unhealthy conditions.
All the practices that I practice (massage, dynamic meditations, Reiki, spine gymnastics) make it possible to notice, to observe and finally to decrease this tension and this way to make us happier, calmer and healthier.
